"Mary from The Thrive Movement Australia began coaching me in August 2020.
Initially I wasn't sure what I wanted to be coached on specifically but felt unsettled generally, so Mary skillfully led me on a journey to learn more about myself, what inspires me and what my true values are. This enabled me to unleash my inner courage which led to an exciting career change.
I now feel alive, excited and aligned with my true purpose. I have no hesitation in recommending Mary to anyone seeking clarity on their vision and purpose in life."

"I have recently started working with Mary from The Thrive Movement Australia, and I have already learnt so much. The blend of mentoring and coaching has been perfect for me, and I have found it to be some of the most valuable and meaningful professional development to date. Mary has given me an opportunity to think more deeply and broadly about my values, how these are reflected in my career, and the steps I need to take next to be more authentic to these. During this process, Mary has also shared her expertise in leadership and speech pathology in schools, which has been invaluable. I would highly recommend Mary to anyone looking to develop their life and career further."

"I am very grateful to have met Mary and have really appreciated the space she has created for me to reflect on my own goals, and explore strategies for achieving them. Mary is warm and genuine and a great listener. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I'd encourage other health professionals to consider coaching as a form of professional development that would help you to improve both your skills as a professional, and your life in general."

“I have known Mary for a number of years having previously worked together as Speech Pathologists. During this time Mary has continued to grow and develop her knowledge in a variety of settings and leadership roles.
The year 2020 has been an interesting time for many and Mary has been supporting me as a life/mindset coach as part of my professional development during this time. To be honest I really wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into – but I knew I was feeling burnt out. I have learnt so much about ‘me’ during our sessions – I have been challenged in my thinking and I am now clearly seeing the direction I am working towards at both a personal and professional level.
Mary uses all her skills and experience to draw out those ‘gold nuggets’ of learning – which is far easier said than done. She provides clear direction and objectives for each of the sessions and I always come away with a sense of relief, purpose and the excitement of future prospects.”
