Service Description

Halve your stress, anxiety, burn out, conflict and mental health concerns and drastically increase your calmness, peacefulness, then performance, productivity, communication and health. This workshop combines the latest science on Wellbeing from the West, together with the ancient wisdom from the East. You have heard about meditation and mindfulness, now learn and practice it from someone who has been doing it for over 20 years, is a qualified Meditation Teacher with a Trainer and Men’s Circle background. Simple to learn, yet powerful, these states of mind, can quickly change our performance and health. When the chattering or busy mind is taught to be still, we listen, we notice, we gain clarity, we become calm, patient, compassionate, empathetic and therefore make better decisions. Stress and anxiety wash away, our body starts to repair itself as we go from a state of flight or flight and please and appease, known as the sympathetic nervous system, to the opposite or parasympathetic nervous system where we re-engage our frontal or executive lobe and make those better decisions as we have the energy and clarity back.
