Service Description
You have heard about it, now practice it from someone who has been doing it for over 20 years, is a qualified Meditation Teacher with a Martial Arts and Men’s Circle background. Simple to learn, yet powerful, these states of mind, can quickly change our performance and health. When the chattering or busy mind is taught to be still, we listen, we notice, we gain clarity, we become calm, patient, compassionate, empathetic and therefore make better decisions. Stress and anxiety wash away, our body starts to repair itself as we go from a state of flight or flight and please and appease, known as the sympathetic nervous system, to the opposite or parasympathetic nervous system where we re-engage our frontal or executive lobe and make those better decisions as we have the energy and clarity back.
